Several buildings host the dwelling of the owner and a compound which can accomodate 15 to 20 people, a workroom of 70 m2 with commodities on a big space by a small stream.

A place created in 1976, it is well suited to groups who wish to enjoy country space and/or evenings by the big fireplace.

The spaces rented together are ideal for people who are looking for a place for between 15 to 30 people, away from noise or pollution and who look for intimacy and comfort but close to commodities to practice activities such as hiking, riding, cycling or just for vacations.

The work room is ideal for meditation, yoga, massage, therapy, music, theatre just to name a few...

This ancient watermill hosts the dwelling of the owner and a compound which can accomodate 15 to 20 people. On the premisses there is also a workroom which can be used as a dormitory, a workshop for sculpture or painting and a campsite for 3 to 5 tents. In the summer a big light structure can be set up.

The mill has been thorougly renovated simply but with good quality material.

ACCOMMODATION

- Spacious kitchen with 5 gas burners, 3 fridges, 2 sinks, one oven, a dining space with 2 tables for 16 and 10 people (kitchen + dining space : 30 m2).

- Living room with fireplace and sofas, a reading corner with piano (30 m2).

- Terrace et tonnelle (tables for 40 pers.) by the river and big size hot tub (10 pers.) heated on request.

- Comfortable bedrooms for 1 to 4 persons with private or shared bathrooms (6 bathrooms).

LECTURE AND ACTIVITIES ROOM :

A room of 70 m2 with entrance hall, small private room, toilets for disabled and shower.

An ideal spot for staying with friends, family gatherings, psychotherapy, workshops, meditation, yoga, theatre, music...
